Food Values and Gender: mediated consumption, anxiety and potentiality
Professor Peter Jackson participated in a roundtable discussion at the Science Museum’s Dana Centre in London on 13 March.  The rountable was part of a series organised by the Humanities and Arts Research Centre at Royal Holloway, University of London.  His presentation drew on joint work with Matt Watson and Nick Piper (funded by the European Research Council) and was entitled ‘Consumer anxieties about food, gender and place’.
